The application enables users to submit service requests—including issues such as trash collection and road repairs—directly from any Apple mobile device, streamlining interaction with county services.

With Connect PBC, the county government gains the ability to send tailored information to residents based on their current geographic location within the community. This feature allows for the dissemination of relevant updates—delivered as text, images, or videos—that are specific to neighborhoods or individual residences, enhancing the relevance and timeliness of communication.
